Your options if you receive a penalty notice
Unpaid penalty notices
If a penalty notice is unpaid by the due date, you will receive a penalty reminder notice giving you a further 28 days to either pay or request a review of the penalty notice. If the penalty notice continues to be unpaid, you will receive an enforcement order and a further $50 will be payable.
